James & Doug were very nice , on time and did a Great job!! As the day went on the grout got even whiter. I would highly recommend them.

Their "special sauce" leaves a pleasant citrus scent and the entire process took only a bit more than half an hour, and dries much more quickly than the saturation required by steam cleaner companies.
